Stanford, Jeremy: - Jeremy Stanford has had long and varied career as a performer, which was kicked off with his portrayal of Buddy in The Buddy Holly Story. He went on to play many lead roles in other plays, TV shows, and musicals most notably recreating Hugo Weaving's role of Tick in Priscilla Queen of the Desert - the Musical which inspired his first book, Year of the Queen about his rocky journey through the creation of the show. Jeremy then retrained as a film maker at The VCA School of Film and Television and set up his own media company for which he developed content for TV and Film. In 2013, he directed and co-wrote his first feature film, The Sunset Six. Since then he's split his time as a writer, actor, and director. His first novel, Rapture will be released in 2018. Jeremy lives in Melbourne.
