The Cleaners, The Hidden Girl, and The Message have all been optioned for development.
Liu has worked as a software engineer, a business lawyer, and a litigation consultant in the past. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and universities on topics such as futurism, bitcoin, technology history, and the importance of narrative. Liu lives near Boston, Massachusetts, with his family.
