Martyn Hobbs has over 20 years of experience in the IT business. He has handled a variety of positions, including managing large support centers, service desks, and service delivery activities, as well as consulting and pre-sales roles in a variety of industries. Martyn is currently a senior partner in an IT consultancy firm specializing in Service Management and related toolsets, which he runs from his home in Cambridgeshire with his wife and three daughters.
