After digesting the material presented by Carey and Perry, readers will have a new understanding of basic homeopathic principles, as well as being able to tie various homeopathic remedies to the sun signs. Once this is understood, it is reasonable that the position of the Moon and ascendant in the natal chart and even the position of Saturn may well be indicators of homeopathic remedies that are needed by the physical body. She discusses the twelve sign types in relation to Biblical symbolism, and also combines information from the Kabbalah, masonic texts, eastern and western philosophy, to trace the spiritual symbolism of the signs. She then shows how the twelve basic biochemical remedies work with the sign types. According to Carey and Perry, astrology deals with the body (anatomy) of the Grand Man (the universe), and by analogy, with the human body as it relates to astrological symbolism. The authors bring back to contemporary astrology students the ancient symbolism that was once common knowledge to astrologers.
Washington, George: - George Washington was born in Virginia in 1732. As a young man, he learned the morals, manners, and knowledge necessary to become a Virginia gentleman. He was particularly interested in the military arts and western expansion. At the age of 16, he helped survey Shenandoah lands. At the age of 22, he was commissioned a lieutenant colonel and fought in the first battles of what became the French and Indian War. Unanimously elected as the first President of the United States, Washington served two terms before retiring to Mount Vernon. He passed away on December 14, 1799.
