MAURO GATTI is an Advisory IT Specialist in IBM's Netfinity Presales Technical Support in Italy. He is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer. He is responsible for supporting the main SAP installations on Netfinity servers in Italy. He is part of the IBM SAP Technical Focus Group and the BI Focus Group in EMEA. Before consultant for Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, IBM and other companies. Mauro holds a degree in Physics and a PhD in Theoretical Physics.
RALF SCHMIDT-DANNERT is a Senior IT consultant working in IBM's Advanced Technical Support ERP organization. He has seven years of experience in different UNIX flavors as a system programmer and kernel driver developer. The last four years he worked on Windows NT-based ERP solutions with DB2 UDB at IBM Germany, at SAP Walldorf and at IBM US. He was responsible for the port of SAP R/3 with DB2 from AIX to Windows NT and for the technical design of SAP R/3 with DB2 in a Microsoft Cluster Server environment. His areas of expertise include SAP R/3, MSCS, performance analysis in Windows NT and SAP Ready-To-Run R/3 with DB2 UDB. He holds a degree in Computer Science.
MATTHEW CALL is the Technical Alliance Manager for SAP in the Netfinity Partners in Development organization within IBM. He has 12 years of experience in IBM including eight years with the T.J. Watson Research Laboratory as a development engineer involved in semiconductor and microelectronics design, prototyping and process formulation. He was also the IBM Global Services project manager for the IBM fixed assets SAP implementation used throughout the company. He currently holds five patents, four of which are associated with mainframe electronic circuit repair and the other is with a prototype of the IBM TrackPoint strain gauge design. He has a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College, New York.
EDWARD CHARLES is a Senior IT Specialist in IBM Global Services, Network Integration in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has over 10 years of experience designing enterprise networks. He holds a BA in Management Information Systems and an MBA. He is certified SAP R/3 consultant on UNIX/Oracle Release 4.x. Edward is also a certified Cisco Network Associate, CNE and MCP. For the past five years he has been consulting and teaching networking for IBM.
OLIVIER DE LAMPUGNANI is an IT Specialist working for IBM Global Services in the Service Delivery EMEA West group, located in La Gaude, France, where he is responsible for Windows NT administration outsourcing. David holds an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from the Ecole Speciale de Mecanique et d'Electricite school of engineering in Paris.
