When Noddy gave Bert Monkey a lift to the station, he got very cross with Bert's naughty tail. Noddy would have been far crosser if he had realized that Bert's tail had snatched the bell of his hat and dropped it in a puddle - because the loss of the bell gets Noddy into all sorts of trouble.
