Calvin called the Psalms 'an anatomy of all the parts of the soul'. This is the best place in scripture to explore all the parts of your life, to express the full range of emotions from guilt to praise, from anger to devotion. And it is in the Psalms that we find ways to respond to the God who wants to communicate with us.
