Fighting for their future

Dr Ed Tremayne hasn't been home for a long time. Now he's back-and he's needed! A virus outbreak on a stranded cruise ship in Penhally Bay is threatening lives. Lives that Ed can save-but only if he can put his traumatic past behind him. But with the ship's nurse Madeleine at his side, he begins to think he can do anything...
*
Gorgeous police inspector Lachlan D'Ancey partners with Dr Eloise Hayden on the case and finds himself mesmerised by this stunning Australian. But he fears that his daughter will become embroiled in the investigation. He can't stand in the way of justice, but he's torn between his duty to his career, his duty to his only child, and a newfound duty to the woman he's falling in love with.
*
Surgeon Zayed Khalil is formidable, yet scarred. The only solace he finds is in his work. He's dedicated, professional and brilliant. Emily Livingston is in awe of her new boss, but she's noticed the pain behind his dark eyes. Her instinct to reach out to him is as overwhelming as the underlying attraction between them. Could she be the woman to show him how to live again, even love again?

About Gill Sanderson

Gill Sanderson is really Roger Sanderson, an ex-college lecturer in English Literature and Outdoor Pursuits. He took early retirement to become a writer and has now written nearly fifty Medical Romances for Mills & Boon. Much of his medical information comes from three of his children; Helen is a midwife, Mark a consultant oncologist, Adam a medical supervisor. Roger divides his time between climbing in the Lake District and writing in Liverpool. Melanie Milburne read her first Harlequin at age seventeen in between studying for her final exams. After completing a Masters Degree in Education she decided to write a novel and thus her career as a romance author was born. Melanie is an ambassador for the Australian Childhood Foundation and is a keen dog lover and trainer and enjoys long walks in the Tasmanian bush. In 2015 Melanie won the HOLT Medallion, a prestigous award honouring outstanding literary talent. Several years ago Josie Metcalfe had a blood transfusion during an operation and went into anaphylactic shock. Afterwards, she discovered that she could no longer read. When her husband came home with a bag full of Mills & Boons it took a solid month of blood, sweat, and tears to finish reading the first one, but by the time she was fit to work again she had read them all and was hooked. Then her husband nudged her into action by daring her to write them, too! And the rest is history!
