About Helen M. Stevens

Helen M. Stevens is the author of eight books for David & Charles, her most recent being Helen M. Stevens' Embroiderer's Year, published in 2004, and Embroidered Birds, part of the Masterclass series published in 2003. She has just celebrated her 21st anniversary as a textile artist and regularly lectures on her work both in the UK and in North America. Helen lives near Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
