About Josh McDaniel

About the Authors

Josh McDaniel is a columnist and regular contributor for EMedia magazine, though it has been remarked that what he submits could hardly be termed regular. When trying to trace the length and exact content of his freelance career, Josh finds he cannot-due to a dissolute youth, he can't remember much of anything antedating yesterday. He remembers writing for Wired a little while back, and a handful of other magazines. He also remembers being the co-author of The Little Audio CD Book.

Bob Starrett has been a contributing editor and columnist for EMedia magazine since 1995 and covers the CD-recordable and digital audio technology markets. This will be his sixth co-authored book on the subject. Bob is considered one of the world's leading experts on CD recording technology and has acted as an expert witness in many CD- and DVD-related court cases.
