There are many government-led initiatives that aim to raise the profile of more able students and encourage teachers to provide for their special needs, while there is a lack of practical guidance as to how to achieve this. This classbook is designed specifically to challenge gifted students aged 11-14. It consists of practical, stimulating classroom assignments and can be easily used alongside other Key Stage 3 resources within mixed ability groups.
