Wild Flavours Summary

Wild Flavours: Real Produce, Real Food, Real Cooking by Mike Robinson

A collection of simple and earthy recipes using the most delicious, fresh seasonal produce. Wild Flavours is about the sheer pleasure we get from preparing and enjoying a sumptuous feast. It is about cooking with fresh, seasonal and high-quality ingredients to make robust, gutsy and delicious dishes. The Italian, French and Spanish influenced recipes are not necessarily quick but they are straightforward. Most importantly they show you how to show-case the wonderful flavours of good ingredients and not to muddle around with them so they become blurred and indistinct. Fantastically illustrated, this mouth-watering book will change the way you buy and cook your ingredients forever.
