Angus's mother is a famous actress and is out all day playing a busy mother in a TV soap. Meanwhile, eleven year old Angus stays home to look after his little brother and sister. He can't tell anyone because his Mum might lose her job, and anyway they'd laugh at him. When his Mum embarks on a new relationship, Angus fears the next baby is imminent and is determined to prevent her from getting pregnant again!
