Professor Nigel Foster, FRSA, is the LLM Degree Academic Director at Robert Kennedy College, Zurich, Visiting Professor of European Law at the Europa-Institut, Universitat des Saarlandes, Saarbrucken, and for the Law Programme, North Borneo University College. He is Professor of EU Law for the South East European Law School Network (SEELS) online EU Modules. He has 35 years' experience teaching and examining EU law, and has published a number of leading EU law textbooks.
