With the Royal Navy's heavy involvement in peacekeeping and offensive actions worldwide since 1992, a third edition has become necessary. This Third Edition has been thoroughly revised and updated to include the principal operational and administrative developments in the Royal Navy since 1992. It has been completely re-illustrated.
