This is a fully revised fourth edition of the successful Blackstone's Preparing for Police Duty, the invaluable introduction to the police service for new recruits or those considering a policing career. Blackstone's Preparing for Police Duty Reviews

Review from previous edition I would recommend it to anyone considering the police, as it is excellent for preparing for the process. * Claire Wright, Area Training Officer for Medway police *
I currently use this book alongside my studies, and I would recommend it to people like myself on the same course or interested in a police career. * Kayleigh Rhodes, Policing Studies Student, University of Wolverhampton *
