Lieutenant Colonel Mike Stuart of the Pentagon, is sailing the Caribbean when a hurricane pushes him into safe harbour in Cuba. On his return home to Dallas, his life takes an exciting turn as he becomes involved with LJ Ellis and her quest to obtain the world's last large oil reserve.
