It is paraphrased from the French translation. The ten new chapters - one on each of the Commandments - and material on law and sin brings this edition in line with the emphasis in the New Catechism. The original text uses material from Vatican II, Scripture and other sources, and covers subjects such as faith, love and God the Creator. The book is suitable for use as a workbook for those following the rite for Christian initiation of adults.
