This text is divided into seven day-tours in and around Cape Town. Each day-tour is accompanied by a map covering the day's recommended itinerary. Following the seven day-tours are eight "specialist" itineraries, which describe areas further afield. These comprise: Robben Island; the west coast; Southern Cape Coast; Stellenbosch; Paarl and Franschhoek; Breede river; Namaqualand; and the Garden Route.
