Building a Multi-ethnic Church will inspire church leaders to be more proactive in providing the type of leadership necessary to enable the Church (and its leadership) to reflect more closely the ethnic diversity of the UK, and to be the Kingdom now.The purpose of this book is to offer those involved in church leadership information, advice and guidance.
