The Cycles in Nature series explores some of the continuous cycles that are happening in nature, from the most familiar to the most hidden links. Readers can discover the different habitats shared by plants and animals, and how they depend on each other for survival, often specially adapted to their environment. Each title looks at the way human action disrupts natural cycles, and what can be done to protect them. There is project work throughout and curriculum support for KS2 science using a hands-on approach: life processes, green plants as organisms, living things in their environments and materials and their properties.
