Live Like A Stoic by Massimo Pigliucci

The answers to our daily worries and anxieties big or small lie at the heart of Stoic philosophy. Massimo Pigliucci and Gregory Lopez have created a unique, personalised Stoic curriculum for a lifetime of practice, showing how relevant this ancient philosophy is to modern life.
A wonderful and potentially life-altering way to encounter the wisdom of the Stoics, Live Like a Stoic provides readers with structured lessons and exercises to explore Stoic philosophy alongside the lives they, themselves, are living -- Professor William BIrvine, author of A Guide to the Good Life
