My Tel Aviv Table by Limor Chen

From the creator of the beloved Delamina restaurants, this is a collection of healthy home-style recipes packed with the flavours, aromas and stories of Tel Aviv.
"Limor Chen's beautiful book bursts with exciting combinations and enticing flavours" — Claudia Roden

"In this enticing debut cookbook, the dayenne of the Delamina restaurant group draws on her eclectic heritage to transport us to sun-soaked Tel Aviv with recipes that centre on health and freshnessReminiscent of Persian but with a slightly different twist." — The Bookseller

"An outstanding cook book . . . Beautifully illustrated, the recipes are very well described and it's nice to have the commentary on the background to the dishes as well as descriptions of some of the rarer ingredients. A must read, must buy." — NetGalley Review, 5-stars
Limor Chen, together with her husband Amir, established the Delamina restaurant group in London, UK. Limor is the driving force behind the menu, drawing on her eclectic heritage — she was born in Tel Aviv to a family of middle eastern and European origin — and inspired by her father, a passionate cook who exposed her to the myriad flavours, herbs and spices of the region. Limor’s recipes are influenced by her interest in healthy eating – grilling, roasting and using herbs and spices to celebrate the raw ingredients, including many vegetarian dishes. Limor is also a professional artist. She has carried out various artist residencies, installations and exhibitions around the world.
