Black and white illustrations, photographs and photographic plates throughout. Binding remains firm. Cracking to gutters, with exposed netting. Pen and pencil inscription to front endpaper. Pages are moderately tanned throughout. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. There is bumping to corners and crushing to spine ends. Boards are bowed. Book has a slight forward lean. Tanning to spine and edges. Unclipped jacket has light edge wear with minor tears and chipping. Mild rubbing and marking. Tanning to spine and edges.
