Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Trace of price sticker to front pastedown. Faint brown smudges to pp11-14. Black smudges to rear endpaper and pastedown. Very minor split to front hinge. Text block edges are a little tanned and slightly uneven. Minor brown marks to pages. Text remains readable. Boards have heavy edge wear, with bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are crushed and frayed with some small area of loss. Joints worn with split starting to front lower joint. Rubbed and marked overall, with faint brown stains front and rear. Gilt is bright.
