1910. No Edition Remarks. 186 pages. No dust jacket. Red embossed cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Page 39 is detached but still present. Deckled text block edges. Pages are mostly clear with moderate tanning and foxing to free endpapers and text block edges. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper, with a few small nicks along text block edge. Cracking to gutter with exposed netting. Binding remains firm. Occasional thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with slight bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Heavy tanning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends. Water drop on front board. Gilt lettering is bright and clear.
