She has been involved in Initial Teacher Training for nine years and her research interest lies with assessment. Fiona Hallett is a Senior Lecturer and pathway leader for the MA in Social, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties at Edge Hill University. She has worked in a variety of special and mainstream schools; both as a teacher and as a senior manager. Gavin Turnbull is an Associate Lecturer within the Postgraduate Professional Development team at Edge Hill University. He has a background of working in a range of multi-disciplinary settings and is interested in inter-professional working, risk and professional practice.
