Jane Morgan, who died in the summer of 1992, was the author of Conflict and Order: The Police and Labour Disputes in England and Wales 1900-1939 (Clarendon Press, 1987) and co-author (with her husband, famous OUP author Kenneth O. Morgan) of Portrait of a Progressive: The Political Career of Christopher, Viscount Addison (Clarendon Press 1980).
Lucia Zedner is the author of Women, Crime, and Custody in Victorian England (Clarendon Press, 1991).
