The Ins-N-Outs of In-N-Out Burger by Lynsi Snyder
President and CEO Lynsi Snyder delivers the official story of In-N-Out Burger--how three generations have created a thriving, family-owned company, why its fans are so wildly loyal, and what led to its explosive growth and evolution into an iconic part of American culture.
Lynsi Snyder's grandparents, Harry and Esther Snyder, founded In-N-Out Burger in Baldwin Park, California, in 1948, and to this day, the business remains privately owned and operated. As president, Lynsi is passionate about maintaining its focus on quality and service, including caring for the well-being of the In-N-Out family of 30,000 employees. Lynsi also leads In-N-Out's philanthropic efforts: the In-N-Out Burger Foundation and the Slave 2 Nothing Foundation. Lynsi's hobbies include fire-eating, playing bass and singing in a rock band, flying helicopters, writing poetry, boxing, aerial performance, snowboarding, driving muscle cars, and drag racing. With God on the throne of her heart, Lynsi is a devoted wife and proud mother of four beautiful children.
