Cordelia now runs her own consulting company, working with clients such as libraries, educational organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies. She is a popular public speaker, presenting at many meetings and conferences. The inspiration for her book Library Marketing and Communications: Strategies to Increase Relevance and Results came from her keynote address at the 2018 Library Marketing and Communications Conference.
