* Remy Charlip was named a "national treasure" by the Library of Congress in a major exhibition, A Celebration of Remy Charlip. * Remy's artwork has been featured at the Lincoln Center Library in New York; The Remy Charlip Library in Delaware; the San Francisco Library in a retrospective, Remy Charlip's World; and at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in Los Angeles, where he was named artist-in-residence. He has won three New York Times "10 Best Illustrated Book of the Year" awards, 11 National Endowment of the Arts grants, and the San Francisco Bay Guardian's "Lifetime Achievement" award. Mr. Charlip lives in San Francisco, USA. * Tamara Rettenmund lives in Amsterdam, where she is studying at the Theatre School.
