Liz Thorpe was drawn out of corporate America in 2002 to follow her passion for cheese after years in a cubicle. From staffing the counter at New York's legendary Murray's Cheese and subsequently expanding Murray's wholesale company as vice president, to designing cheese menus for the country's greatest restaurants, to publishing The Cheese Chronicles, she has become the country's foremost expert on cheese. Liz now teaches a broader market why cheese is important and how to incorporate it into daily life as the founder of The People's Cheese. She currently resides in New Orleans.
