Tiny Kitchen Feast by Natalie Rodriguez
Tiny Kitchen Feast is a collection of more than 60 plant-based recipes that were inspired by the place, people, and times that author and chef Natalie Rodriguez experienced living on the road. After more than 3 years' experience as a 'vanlifer', Natalie hopes to not only share how bold, dynamic, and un-boring cooking in a tiny kitchen can be, but to also intertwine the lessons, tales, and life musings that will hopefully inspire the reader to not only eat well, but to live well.
Natalie Rodriguez is a professionally trained chef, self-proclaimed poet, wife, dog mom, and full time traveller. Growing up in her Puerto Rican grandmother’s kitchen, she has a natural affinity for cooking. She attended the Culinary Institute of Charleston and then after a decade in the food industry, she and her wife Abigail quit their jobs, sold all of their belongings, and bought a van to travel the country. Three years and counting of life on the road and Natalie has cooked all across the country, Baja, Mexico, Canada, and Alaska, in just about every landscape you can think of. She does the occasional private chef dinner and shares her life journey on her instagram @letsplayrideandseek.
